Today, more than ever we are finding it harder to find & take time for ourselves, time to work on our fitness levels and be healthy.
With mFit’s unique little gym, you will have everything you need, when you need it. Whether you need to, drop a little bit of weight, tone up, prepare for a comp, take out some of the stresses of your everyday life, ecaspe the kids..... we are here for you. At what ever time you want, you can focus on what you need from your workout.
As mFit is 24 hour gym, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week & you’re more than welcome to come in & train anytime you want, making it extremely easy for you to schedule training time for you in and around your busy schedule. Whether you are on shift work or work 9 to 5.
We are regularly updating standard and structured workout boards in the gym to help you with workout ideas & plans & all our friendly staff, want to help you get the most out of your training at mFit and are more than happy to offer you alternative training concepts or variations to help your workout evolve, getting you the results you seek and keeping your mind actively interested in your workout.
We have a large cross section of equipment starting with your basic cardio equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and rowers through to pin & plate loaded machines & an extensive free weight, bumper weights, bars & kettle bell collection. But the best way to see what we have is to come in for a quick tour of the mFit gym.
